1. Since moon and sun wed
2. Each remain suspend
3. Or so of love Rumi read

4. So are those lives in love led
5. Each with the fuel of the other fed
6. The flame of life thus lit

7. Here a trough of one’s pit
8. Set on the peak of other’s wit
9. Everything else, extras, shed

10. Come where serenity bid
11. Dancing joy and bliss amid
12. Divine interruption append

13. Where heaven sprouts its bed
14. And no mortal says before dead
15. That which will last to end.
